As part of our commitment to quality, JGS takes steps to ensure that food products are packaged in a manner that preserves the natural flavors, textures, and nutritional value for extended periods of time. Our high-quality packaging materials protect nuts, dried fruits, and other food items from moisture, oxygen, and light.
Seafood and perishable items are packed in vacuum-sealed packaging to preserve their freshness. JGS performs all of its activities in accordance with the ISO 9001 and 14001 certification standards, which makes them systematic and eco-friendly.
2- Packaging Options based on type
Showcase packaging: Keeps nuts and dried fruits fresh by ensuring moisture and airtight sealing.
Frozen / Vacuum-sealed: Assures the integrity of the cold chain for products such as shrimps and fish.
Airtight & Light-proof: Using this type of packaging ensures that products like herbs and spices retain their aroma and taste.
Tamper-evident jars: A variety of eco-friendly packaging materials are used to ensure that the products, such as honey, are safe for consumption.
3- Customization Options
At JGS we offer our customers private labeling service. Our products can be customized with your logo and product label, as well as multi-language packaging to meet your preferences.
4- Packaging Sizes
All of our products are available in two packaging sizes: Retail-Size packs and Bulk Packs. Thus, you can request a standard package size or a customized package size from us.
5- Logistics and Bulk Packaging
All export shipments are handled by using special and proper bulk shipping methods such as cartons and pallets in containers according to the product’s specifications.
6- Certifications and Compliance
There are packaging-related certifications held by JGS and their suppliers, such as ISO 9001, 14001, and many others for recyclable, sustainable, and green packaging.
According to the customer’s request, and providing the information, we can provide packing that will comply with the regulations of most destination countries including the US FDA and EU directives like the PPWD.
