  • Shipping Methods and Times:

Shipping times depend on the selected method (e.g., truck, air, or freight) and your destination. After submitting your “request for quotation” form, please specify your package’s destination, and we’ll provide the corresponding shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

  • Shipping Costs:
    • Costs are calculated based on order weight, shipping method, and destination. We offer free shipping on samples.
    • After receiving your RFQ, specify your destination, and we’ll provide a detailed cost breakdown.
  • Perishable Products:
    • Perishable items like Sea Products (e.g., fish, shrimp) and Honey are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness upon arrival.

  • Order Tracking:
    • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. Contact Support@Jasper-Supplies.com for assistance with tracking.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our premium products. If you need to return an item, please follow our policy below:

  • Return Window:
    • Non-perishable products (Nuts & Dried Fruits, Herbs & Spices, Biscuits & Chocolates) can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, at the customer’s expense.
    • Perishable items (e.g., Sea Products, Honey) are eligible for returns only if defective.
  • Return Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
    • Perishable products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with evidence of defects (e.g., photos).
  • Return Process:
    • Contact us at Support@Jasper-Supplies.com within the return window, providing your order number and reason for return.
    • For damaged orders, include photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
    • Upon approval, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • For defective items, we cover return shipping costs.
    • For non-defective returns of non-perishable items, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
